A: The Adult Wednesday League is an 'unofficial' roller hockey league that plays Issaquah, Washington. The Adult Wednesday league is new in 2024 and also allows for parents of kids in the 14+ league to play together.

A: The skill level varies from Div 4 to Div 9, with an average around Div 6, based on the Seattle Kraken Hockey League divisions. Since teams rosters change based on who can attend, we balance skill level and can change mid-game to rebalance teams.

A: You're in good company, almost all of the players haven't played roller hockey in years and some have never played roller hockey before starting in the BHL.

A: For BHL games, we use a plastic roller hockey puck so, in addition to roller blades, and full protective hockey gear including stick, helmet with cage or visor, shin pads, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, and a cup. Goalies typically wear steel-toed shoes versus skates and we do have wraps for skate pads.
